Why should I use CrowdSound?
CrowdSound is the easiest way for you to gather suggestions from your customers and respond to them, thereby opening up a productive dialogue between both parties. How does CrowdSound work?
You can choose to install CrowdSound on your website via an embedded, highly functional widget that enables your customers to stay on your website, or through a separate website that we host (example). Either way, your customers will be able to submit suggestions easily, track those same suggestions and respond to your comments. You will be able to view, organize and work with these suggestions through a custom administrative interface, provide official responses and integrate them into your company's workflow effectively.
How deeply can I integrate CrowdSound into my website?
Quite deeply. You can pass in optional configuration parameters to the widget or hosted site to match the users who are already signed up on your website. For example, by providing a name and an email when you call the widget, your user will be greeted by "Hello {Name}" and any updates to their suggestions will be automatically sent to their email address. We ensure that all the data you pass in is securely stored in our database.
How much does CrowdSound cost?
You can view all of the currently available plans on the Plans page. If you are on any of the paid plans, you will be charged every month.
How can I let you know of a feature that I wish CrowdSound had?
We use our own product, so submit a suggestion on the official CrowdSound widget on our homepage or through the hosted page!
