Refund Policy



There will be no full or partial refunds.

If you upgrade your plan, you will be charged the difference immediately, and your new billing schedule will be moved over to a monthly schedule starting the day of the upgrade. Your account will instantly be upgraded.


If you downgrade your plan, you will not get any refunds, and your account will instantly be downgraded.

How do I cancel my account?

You can cancel your account at any time by logging into your account and selecting the "Account Dashboard" link. Once you are on the Accounts Dashboard page, click the "Cancel Account" link and confirm that you would really like to cancel your account.
